“Podere d’Itria” is nestled in the heart of the enchanting Itria Valley within the territory of Ostuni, just a few kilometers away from Cisternino, Martina Franca, and Locorotondo.

The landscape embodies the typical charm of Apulia, adorned with almond and olive trees, orchards, and characteristic dry stone walls that encircle the property, which comprises trulli and lamias. These structures have undergone careful restoration and conservation efforts to preserve their authenticity and historical value while incorporating modern technologies. The interiors provide a cool respite during summer and a cozy warmth in the winter, enhanced by the underfloor heating system. They bear witness to the architectural essence of the region: the allure of arches, vaults, niches, and stone, embracing a return to nature and a connection with the earth.

The interiors feature traditional cementine flooring, designed with functional precision, furnished, and equipped with all modern comforts (air conditioning). The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, dishwasher, small oven, washing machine, TV), bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The spacious outdoor areas are dedicated to relaxation, boasting a private garden-view veranda and a shared zone featuring an infinity pool (treated with salt), along with umbrellas, sunbeds, and loungers for soaking up the sun on warm days. Complimentary parking is available on-site.

A short distance from the complex, the cycling path of the “Acquedotto Pugliese” provides a route for leisurely walks and bike rides amidst rural landscapes and captivating spots immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.

Situated just a few kilometers from the crystal-clear beaches of the Adriatic Sea, “Podere d’Itria” offers an ideal setting to detach from the routine and embark on a vacation fully immersed in the green countryside. Guests can uncover the ancient traditions of the Itria Valley and its villages, delving into a serene escape from the ordinary.
