Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze dell' ultimo dell"anno in questa struttura accogliente, immersa nella natura. I trulli sono dotati di ogni comodità  e con una bella piscina. My wife and I had the most incredible stay with Podere d’Itria. The entire experience was beyond our expectations! We drove our car so having the fully gated and secured parking lot was the first bonus. We also brought out bicycles, so having the CicloVia AQP just 3 minutes ride was amazing! The property was top notch. From the Swimming pool, to the Trullo. Everything was picture perfect and the grounds were so well maintained. The host (hostess) was one of our favorite people to have met on our travels. We stayed in the 2 bedroom and enjoyed every minute of it. Each unit has a nice patio on the back for watching the sunset and enjoying tea, wine or lunch. The kitchen was good and the bathrooms well built. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à Podere d'Itria. Nous y étions tellement bien que nous serions bien restés. Marisa est une hôte très sympathique, accueillante qui a à cœur que vous passez d'agréables vacances.
Vous serez séduits dès votre arrivée par les espaces verts et fleuris très bien entretenus, un véritable enchantement, le très bel espace piscine d'une propreté impeccable et dotés de plusieurs bains de soleil, de douche avec un accès wc.
Vous passerez votre séjour dans des Trullis (maisons typiques des Pouilles) entourés des amandiers qui étaient la propriété des grand-parents de Marisa qui ont été rénovés, voir reconstruits pour certains avec modernité, confort et une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût. Les visuels sont conformes au site.
En face de Podere d'Itria, la maman de Marisa tient une épicerie très bien achalandée pour faire vos courses qui tient également lieu de bureau de tabac. A notre arrivée, Marisa nous a offert une corbeille de Bienvenue pour le 1er petit déjeuner et dîner avec entre autre de l'huile d'olives issue des oliviers appartenant à son papa. Une très jolie attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.
Marisa et sa famille incarnent la gentillesse et la bienveillance même. Nous avons eu une petite mésaventure dans la ville de Lecce, nous avons eu une contravention pour stationnement réservé uniquement aux habitants de la rue où nous étions bien que nous avions payés à la borne notre parking.... Nous avons adressé à Marisa notre problème et dans les minutes qui ont suivies, Marisa nous a indiqué qu'il fallait se rendre dans un bureau de tabac pour régler notre contravention. La maman de Marisa nous a donc aidé à régulariser notre situation.
Podere d'Itria, est idéalement située pour visiter les merveilleux sites de : Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino.

We have stayed at Podere d’Itria a number of times from May through August. The apartments are well equipped, spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed many evenings on our private terrace. The pool area is spacious, perfect for sunbathing and the pool immaculately clean for cooling off in. The gardens are beautiful and olive trees glistened in the sunshine. The shop at the end of the drive a rarity in the countryside for grabbing lunch or provisions. Marisa and her family are friendly, helpful hosts who helped us out when the battery on our hire car was flat, within 30 mins of me asking, it was fixed.

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 in einem Trullo in der praktisch ganz neuen Anlage. Die Trulli und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr geschmackvoll und umfassend eingerichtet. Unser Trullo hatte sogar eine Klimaanlage, obwohl die Trulli mit ihren dicken Mauern auch sonst gut isoliert sind. Wir hatten auch eine schöne und schattige Veranda.
Den Pool haben wir alle - insbesondere unsere Jungs - sehr genossen.
Marisa, die Vermieterin war super nett und  aufmerksam - hat uns bspw. noch zusätzliche Kochutensilien besorgt.
Für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt neben der Anlage ein kleiner aber gut sortierter Laden. Cisternino ist ein paar Autominuten entfernt  - dort gibt es gute Supermärkte, eine Molkerei/ Käserei, Metzgereien, einen Fischhändler, eine Kaffeerösterei, tolle Cafés (Palazzo Bar!) und etliche gute Restaurants.
In der Nähe der Anlage ist ein Radweg auf einem Äquadukt auf dem man auch super joggen kann (früh morgens bevor es zu heiß wird).

Abbiamo trascorso al Podere le nostre vacanze estive lo scorso agosto. Un posto incantevole, immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità assoluta. Appartamento, oltre che suggestivo, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. La presenza della piscina e di un piccolo market proprio di fronte, rendono il tutto davvero impeccabile. I stayed at Podere d’Itria this past August for three weeks and had the most incredible time. The whole place was very clean, quiet and we felt very safe. We were greeted by Marisa and her family upon arrival and they showed us around the property. We spent many days relaxing by the pool and often walked down the to market at the end of the driveway to grab food for lunch.
