We had a lovely stay as a family of 4 adults. The place is amazing. In the middle of the Puglia country side. We had 2 bedroom apartment incorporated into a traditional trulli house. The place was offered to us in immaculate state. Marisa welcomed as in person, explaining all details and offering a welcome pack including olive oil made locally. The place is tradional but has a lot of modern features. The kitchen was fully equipped, there are 2 bathrooms with shower cabins. In one of the bathrooms there was washing machine. The complex has swimming pool and almost for entire stay we had exclusive use of it. We had a small rental car which gave us independence to visit places around our accommodation. We had unforgettable experience, knowing after whole day of exploring Puglia we can come back to Podere Itria which felt like home. Opposite the site there is a small grocerie shop with essential products. I absolutely loved locally picked, sweet and juicy peaches. We also explore the surrounding area on foot so if you a walk or cycling lover there are plenty of safe walk paths and cycling routes. 5 minutes away there is lovlely restaurant Sale&Pepe. Et fint område med plads til at nyde lidt privatliv. Fantastiske udendørsfaciliteter og flot og god kvalitet i udstyr og interiør. Poolen var dejligt -meget flot og rent alle steder. 800 meter fra huset er en fantastisk sti som var oplagt til gode løbeture. På den anden siden af vejen ligger en købmand (alimentari) til div. indkøb. Alt var godt organiseret og Marisa / Giuseppes var en fantastisk vært. It’s the most beautiful, peaceful & relaxing place to stay. Immaculately & stylishly presented small complex of trullo & lamie with a wonderful pool in the countryside. 3km to Cisternino,1km to the pugliese aquaduccto cycle/walking path,30mins to Ostuni/Beach, 15 mins to Locorotondo or Martina Franca. Perfectly located in the most beautiful part of the Valle d’Itria. Small shop at the end of the drive for your groceries. Great base to hire a bike & cycle the stunning lanes with wonderful views.
